The multi-hole plate for the Bauframe 60 kN system is an advanced solution for forming walls and columns, designed with versatility and durability in mind. With additional profiles equipped with holes spaced every 5 cm, these plates are perfect for a wide range of applications, especially in residential and medium-sized industrial construction.
Solid frame construction
The frame of each Bauframe panel is made of high-quality steel with a 12 cm thick profile. The innovative solution of parabolic holes for a through tie additionally protects the covering from damage during assembly and disassembly, which significantly extends the life of the panels and reduces the need for their frequent replacement.
Application of multi-hole plates
- VZ boards can be used for standard wall formwork as well as for column formwork.
- Steel multi-hole profiles, spaced every 5 cm on each plate, enable their connection in a clockwise manner in the shape of windmill blades, creating a rigid and durable rectangular column structure.
- To connect the plates, use VZ nuts, VZ pins and tie rod articulated nuts.
- It is not recommended to use D100 and D70 nuts in this type of connections.
Universal compatibility
Thanks to their versatility, Bauframe multi-hole panels are compatible with many popular wall systems, including Rasto-type systems. The offer also includes multi-hole aluminum panels, which provide additional lightness and comfort while maintaining high strength.
