Cold galvanized angle cross head

The heads are used to stabilize H20 girders in classic ceiling formwork systems. The structure consists of a steel plate to which a steel pipe is welded on one side, placed inside the support support. On the opposite side of the sheet, four securing angles are welded, placed on the girders' head. Thanks to this, the girders do not move or rotate. The head is electro-galvanized , which provides high protection against erosive water activity. The product allows work with light, medium and heavy supports and allows for the simultaneous support of one or two girders, depending on the selected distance between the support rods.

Installation method:

Depending on the needs, the head support pipe should be placed in the central hole of the upper or lower support plate. Then, the head should be directed to the appropriate side depending on the number of girders that are to be mounted in it. The head should not be mounted with girders mounted in a different way than that resulting from their purpose.
