Delivery method

When placing an order in our store, the Customer can choose between courier delivery to a given address in Poland, delivery to an InPost parcel locker or personal collection at one of our branches.

We make every effort to ensure that the shipping cost for each order is as low as possible, which is why we cooperate with many courier companies such as DPD, INPOST or DB Schenker . Thanks to this, we can individually select the appropriate shipping method, thereby optimizing transport costs.

Personal collections are possible in the branch in Gdańsk and Kraków (Skawina) after prior arrangement of the collection date. It should also be taken into account that the availability of goods is constantly changing and to be sure that the ordered product is available in a given branch , we encourage you to contact the store in advance.

DELIVERY COST

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. The system automatically recalculates the shipping amount depending on the size and weight of the products in the basket. The amount given is binding and final. We guarantee that it will not change during the order fulfillment.

Shipping costs are based on current courier company price lists. For orders over 50 thousand net we offer free shipping regardless of the dimensions of the transport.
