BAUKRANE ECO is a lightweight and economical slab prop designed for traditional slab formwork and prefabricated floor support. Solid steel construction, hot-dip galvanizing and smooth height adjustment ensure high durability and safe operation on construction sites.

Product description

The prop consists of two tubes – an inner tube with holes and an outer tube with an adjustment thread. The prop is equipped with a steel adjustment nut, locking pin and two plates forming the top and bottom base. The entire unit is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing, while the adjustment nut is powder-coated in orange.

The external thread allows smooth height adjustment within the full working range. The load capacity depends on the working height, and permissible loads are defined with a high safety factor in accordance with applicable standards.

The prop features a 10 cm safety zone protecting the installer’s hand from crushing when the prop is fully lowered. Lightweight construction and high durability ensure long-term and trouble-free use.

Application

The BAUKRANE ECO prop is designed for use in traditional slab formwork systems and for supporting prefabricated slabs. When designing prop spacing, the variable load capacity depending on working height must be taken into account.

The product features high strength parameters and a large safety factor. The prop must not be used for supporting panel slab systems.
