Architectural concrete plug

• Material: Concrete class C30/37 reinforced with fiber.
• Dimensions: Cone shape, length 20 mm.
• Application: Tight closing of the concrete spacer pipe.
• Strength: Achieved tightness of the passage up to 25 m water column.

Repoxal two-component glue

• Composition: Solvent-free, reacts chemically with the REPOXAL hardener.
• Durability: Resistant to water and chemicals.
• Mixing proportions: Ingredients should be mixed in appropriate volume proportions.
• Shelf life: 2 years in closed original container.

Instructions for use

• Installing the plugs: Cover the technical hole with glue, place the plug in the hole and turn it 180° to distribute the glue evenly.
• Mixing the ingredients: Mix both glue components well until there are no dark streaks.
• Pot life of adhesive after mixing: 4 hours at 20°C.
• Drying time:
  • 48 hours – light load.
  • 96 hours – full load.
• Application temperature: Above +5°C – at lower temperatures the chemical reaction does not occur.
