Repoxal is a high-quality, two-component, solvent-free adhesive that reacts through chemical bonding with the REPOXAL hardener. After the hardening process, a hard adhesive is created, resistant to water and chemicals. - Sealing spacer tubes: Ideal for use with MAX FRANK formwork spacer tubes.
- Bonding of plugs and cones: Product suitable for bonding concrete plugs and sealing cones.
Instructions for use
- Mixing proportions: Both components must be mixed in specific volume proportions.
- Mixing the ingredients: The ingredients must be thoroughly mixed until there are no dark streaks.
- Pot life after mixing: 4 hours at 20°C.
- Drying time:
- 48 hours – light load.
- 96 hours – full load.
- Temperature conditions: Application possible at temperatures above +5°C. At lower temperatures the chemical reaction does not occur.
Product durability
- Shelf life: 2 years in closed original container.
