In addition to their standard use for wall formwork assembly, universal VZ panels are also highly effective for column forming. Thanks to the steel multi-hole profiles on each panel (with holes spaced every 5 cm), they can be connected together clockwise in a windmill-shaped configuration.
BAUTEKK is a lightweight and versatile modular wall formwork system. It has been designed for small-scale applications such as strip foundations and foundation walls, ring beams, reinforced concrete columns and cores, as well as inspection chambers.
Each steel panel frame is equipped with a robust 80 mm thick profile made of high-quality steel. Inside, there is a 12 mm birch plywood sheet coated with phenolic film. The maximum allowable pressure of fresh concrete is 40 kN/m².
In addition to their standard use for wall formwork assembly, VT panels are also highly effective for column forming. Thanks to the steel multi-hole profiles on each panel (with holes spaced every 5 cm), they can be connected together clockwise in a windmill-shaped configuration. This arrangement ensures a rigid and durable formwork system for rectangular columns.
Corner tension clamps are required to connect the panels. The versatility of the panels allows them to be used with any Tekko- or MiniBox-type formwork system.
