48m² Bautekk wall formwork set – a lightweight, durable and versatile foundation system

The BAUTEKK foundation formwork system is a professional solution designed for small and medium-sized residential buildings. Made of steel, the lightweight and versatile set allows for quick and easy assembly, ideal for foundation and fencing work up to 50 cm high.

Key features of the BAUTEKK system:

• Wide selection of components – enables perfect adjustment of the formwork to the individual requirements of the project.
• Lightweight construction – the largest BAUTEKK board measuring 900×1500 mm weighs only 44 kg, which allows work without the use of a crane.
• High strength – permissible concrete pressure is 40 kN/m², which guarantees stability and safety.
• Birch plywood – high-quality, multi-layer plywood, 12 mm thick, covered with a special 220g/m² coating that prevents concrete from sticking.
• Steel frames – made of thick flat bars 8 cm wide and 5 mm thick, hot-dip galvanized, which ensures corrosion resistance and long service life.
• Compatibility with other systems – BAUTEKK works with TEKKO, PiONBOX, MiniBox, BudoUni systems, which increases its versatility.
