The BAUFRAME-ALU wall formwork system is a light and universal solution, especially for medium-sized residential and industrial construction.
The permissible pressure of the fresh concrete mix on the formwork is 60 kN/m2.
Plate specification Bauframe Alu plates are made of a rigid and hardened aluminum profile, the external one of which has a height of 121mm and a width of 20mm.
The aluminum frame, thanks to its design, is fully compatible with its steel counterpart and can be used interchangeably with it in the formwork.
The covering is made of high-quality 15 mm thick birch plywood, covered with a 220 g/cm2 phenyl film.
The edges of the plywood are protected by a shaped profile.
Aluminum plates, unlike steel plates, have aluminum through holes in the plywood to protect the sheathing from damage.
