Technical specification

• Plywood Type: Hardwood plywood with a phenolic coating for added durability and moisture resistance, especially in outdoor applications.
• Surface: Phenolic film pressed under high pressure and temperature, thanks to which the coating is permanently integrated with the plate, giving it exceptional performance properties.
• Processing: Can be cut to size, CNC processed (milling, drilling) and the sides protected with waterproof acrylic-latex paint.
• Type of bonding: Phenol-formaldehyde or melamine-phenol resin bond, meeting the requirements of the PN-EN 636 standard for classes EN 636-2 and EN 636-3, which allows for use in outdoor conditions.
• Certificates: FSC (FC-COC-643959) and CE (Reg. No. 1075 CPR Z447-10/19).

Application

• Formwork Sheathings: Durable birch plywood is ideal for reusable formwork in concrete construction, offering resistance to harsh conditions and the ability to be reused multiple times.
• Other forms of plywood: We also offer poplar plywood and three-layer boards, fitted or unfitted, as alternatives to formwork sheathing.
