Characteristics of the Baudeck system
- Frame: Made of a lightweight but durable 14 cm high aluminium profile, powder coated, which reduces concrete adhesion and facilitates cleaning.
- Crossbars: Aluminium profile, 73 mm high and 2 mm thick, ensuring a solid structure and durability of the system.
- Cover: High-quality 10 mm thick birch plywood, attached to the frame with rivets, which facilitates its replacement in case of damage.
- Compatibility: The Baudeck system is compatible with commonly used ceiling supports of class B and higher (according to PN-EN-1065).
- Assembly: The Baudeck panel ceiling system is so light that assembly can be done by hand up to a height of 3.5 m. Above this height, a mobile scaffold or a lifting device should be used.
- Installation efficiency: Installation efficiency is approximately 10 m²/h, which saves time and money compared to traditional wooden formwork.
